Dr. Gabriel Ybarra has closed his individual practice to join a new mental health services practice named Comprehensive Psych Services LLC. He continues to carry out psychological assessments, gifted testing, and disability evaluations for Social Security and for the VA via QTC within the new practice of Comprehensive Psych Services LLC at the same office location of 3840 Belfort Rd #302, Jacksonville FL 32216 at 904-503-3579.

The practice also provides psychiatric medication management via Melissa Titus PMHNP-BC.
