Insurance/HMO Provider and Payment Options:

A good portion of Dr. Ybarra's clients are private pay. Private pay (or paying out of pocket) helps reassure some clients that do not want their seeking of treatment reported to their employer's insurance or HMO company.  

Dr. Ybarra also is a paneled clinical psychologist provider for the following insurance/HMO plans:

Tricare / Humana

He also is a provider for Aetna and Cigna Employee Assistant Programs (EAP).

Dr. Ybarra's practice is conveniently located near the  Hwy 95 and JTB/Hwy 202 Juncture in the Belpoint Office Condo suites near the Belfort Road and Touchton Road intersection.  The Ybarra Psychological Services LLC office is located at 3840 Belfort Road, Suite 302.  The office location is near St. Vincent's South Hospital and Daniel Memorial on Belfort Road.  Parking is conveniently available, including handicapped parking and ramps. The office located on the first floor and is ADA compliant, with wheelchair accessible restroom, hallway, and offices. There is a comfortable, private waiting room for clients, with a restroom and drinking water available. 

No childcare is available during appointments, so parents will be required to watch additional children. Due to COVID-19 protections, only one family member (e.g., parent/guardian) may accompany a client at the present time.  Please bring your own mask.
